Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

For the sauce, peel the mango, chop the pulp.

Blend with the remaining sauce ingredients in a hand blender, season with salt and pepper.

Rinse iceberg lettuce, cut into tender strips.

Rinse fish, rub dry, season lightly with salt and pepper, cut into approx. 40 g
