Instructions:

For the fish in herb sauce, salt the fish and sprinkle with lemon. Peel the carrots, cut into sticks. Slice the onion thinly. Peel leek, cut in half lengthwise, wash, cut into rings.

Heat oil, roast vegetables for about 6 minutes and pour into a baking dish. Place fish on top. Mix the ingredients for the herb sauce in a cup, pour over the fish. Cook at 160 °C for about 25 minutes.

Serve with rice as a side dish.
