Instructions:

For the fish scallop soup, cook the fish scallops and fish meat with the chopped soup vegetables in salted water with vinegar and spices for about 30-40 minutes. Pour it through a sieve. Make a roux with butter and flour and add fish broth. Add red wine and salt and boil. Pour the soup through a sieve. Remove the bones from the meat and add it to the soup. Let it boil briefly and add the sour cream. Cut the white bread into cubes and toast it with butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle on the soup just before serving.
