For the fish sticks, first rinse the fish fillet, dry it and remove any remaining bones with tweezers. Then cut diagonally into 2 cm wide strips, turn in lemon juice on the other side and season with salt and pepper.

Turn the fish strips first in flour on the other side and pat well. Now turn them in the beaten eggs and finally in the ground almond kernels and press them smooth.

Fry the fish sticks in 3 tablespoons of hot oil in 2 portions for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
