Instructions:

The plaice fillet event. Skin and grind with the redfish fillet, egg white and whipped cream in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Mix half of the fish puree with creamed spinach, stir the pistachios into the other half. Grind salmon fillet with egg white and whipped cream. Season with salt and pepper. Layer the three fish purees in a plastic or glass baking dish (25 cm), cover with microwave foil and cook at 900 W for 10-12 minutes. Serve cold.
