Toast slices of toast until golden brown. Clean tomatoes, remove core, cut into slices. Cut roasted chicken breast into slices, season lightly with salt and pepper. Mix yogurt mayonnaise with chopped herbs. Open lettuce hearts, clean, drain well. Bacon slices in a little bit of clear soup well drain. Put one olive on each cocktail skewer.

Spread toast slice with yogurt mayonnaise, top with lettuce leaves, season with pepper, spread with mayo. Later, top with chicken slices, spread with mayo, top with tomato slices, season with salt and pepper and cover with a slice of toast, spread with mayo, place lettuce leaves on top, place chicken breast slices on top.

Add two bacon slices on top, top with tomato slices, cover with toast slice. Poke with four wooden skewers next to corners, cut in half crosswise or possibly into quarters and place on plates. Remove wooden skewers, top with rolled bacon slice and insert olive skewer. Cut cress into small pieces and sprinkle all around.
