Instructions:

Mix dough ingredients until smooth. For red Flädle, reduce the amount of milk by the amount of juice indicated. Color the green pancakes with the herbs.

Bake the dough in the hot fat to very thin pancakes.

Cut the pancakes, which have been rolled up on the spot after baking, into narrow strips and add them to the respective soup.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good aroma!
