Instructions:

Mix milk, eggs, flour and salt to make an omelet dough. Let it stand for half an hour. Heat a portion of oil and put a ladle of batter in it. Bake thin omelets. Roll them up and cut them into thin strips.

Fill a greased gratin dish with layers of pancakes and cheese.

Mix eggs and sour cream well, season with pepper, nutmeg, salt and spread evenly over the flädle. Bake in the oven heated to 150 °C for about half an hour.
