Instructions:

In a frying pan, melt 2 tbsp. sugar. Extinguish with lemon and orange juice. Add a little cinnamon and rum. Ignite the rum and add the drained cherries. Stir constantly with a spoon. Sprinkle a little more sugar over the cherries and serve the hot fruit on vanilla ice cream.

Add the whipped cream.
