Instructions:

Remove eggs from shell and cut into eighths. Make potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Peeled onion cut into rings, washed unpeeled cucumber into slices. Cut drained mushrooms into quarters. Cut tongue and beef brisket into meat-like strips. Put these ingredients in a suitable bowl. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, peeled, diced onion and washed, chopped kitchen herbs. Pour over the leaf lettuce. Mix carefully, let stand in the refrigerator for 15 min with the lid closed. Sprinkle with parsley. Pour slightly warm beef broth over leaf lettuce, mix.
