Instructions:

Mix ingredients and knead until a dough is formed. Then leave to rise for about 15 minutes.

Green sauce preparation Finely chop kitchen herbs and egg. Mix with remaining ingredients and season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

To serve Preparation Roll out pizza dough, top with garlic and onion rings and bake at 260 °C for 10 minutes. When the dough turns golden brown, top and garnish with chives. Cut into eight pieces and decorate each with caviar.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also stand out for their fresh taste!
