Instructions:

For the fried chicken skin, wash and coarsely chop the chicken skin.

Mix egg with soy sauce, salt, pepper and chili, pull the chicken skin through egg and then through the flour.

Fry in hot fat for about 5 minutes, drain on paper towels and serve the fried chicken skin.
