For the fried egg cake, put the softened butter, sugar, vanilla pulp, eggs, flour and baking powder in a food processor and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C, line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter on it. Bake for at least 10 minutes, then remove, but do not turn off the oven!

Prepare the pudding with milk according to instructions, let it get cold and then stir in sour cream and crème fraiche.

Spread the mixture over the cake. Drain peach halves and spread evenly over cake, straight side down.

Bake the fried egg cake again for at least 10 minutes (test with chopsticks). Let the cake cool, cover with cake glaze and let it set.
