The garlic cloves are cut as finely as possible and mixed with the yogurt. If necessary, season with a little pepper and leave for a while so that the garlic is well absorbed.

Rinse the melanzani and cut into slices. Then lightly bread the slices and fry them in a frying pan with a lot of oil. Since the melanzani absorbs a lot of fat, you should add a little oil from time to time. Remove the fried slices of melanzani from the frying pan so that they can still drain a little and distribute them on the plates. Later, add the prepared garlic yogurt on top and serve on the spot.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
