Instructions:

For the fried noodles with vegetables, prepare Chinese noodles according to package directions.

Cut turkey breast into fine strips.

Cut onion, bell bell pepper, zucchini and carrot into fine strips as well. Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.

Season turkey strips with salt and pepper. Heat wok and fry turkey strips briefly in 1 tsp. canola oil, remove and set aside covered with aluminum foil.

Heat remaining canola oil and gradually fry onion and carrot strips, broccoli and cauliflower florets, zucchini and bell bell pepper strips, and whole sugar snap pea pods until al dente. Add meat back in.

Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Add the drained noodles to the wok and mix with the meat and vegetables, fry for another minute.

Then serve the fried noodles.
