For the fried potato wedges, peel the potato and cut into wedges. Heat water in a pot, add salt and boil potato wedges in it for 6 minutes, strain and drain well.

Add grill butter to the potatoes while they are still hot, swirl so that the butter becomes liquid and all the potatoes are covered with it. Place in a baking dish and roast at 180 °C in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
