For the sausage strudel, roll out the puff pastry a bit and spread the sausage meat in the middle. Season the sausage meat with a little salt and pepper.

Spread the frozen or fresh vegetables on the sausage meat and close the puff pastry in the middle.

If necessary, pin with small toothpicks to prevent the puff pastry from opening.

Brush the Brätstrudel with egg and bake at approx. 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
