Instructions:

First, whisk the eggs with milk. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix so that a thick mass is formed. Heat oil in a pan and pour the mixture.

Sprinkle the frittata with freshly chopped herbs and continue baking.

Once the bottom of the frittata turns golden brown, flip the frittata over and bake until still golden brown on the other side.

Arrange the frittata and serve.
