For the frittata with zucchini, peppers and green onions, wash the peppers, remove the core and cut into strips.

Wash zucchini, cut in half, cut into slices. Cut cheese into cubes, chop onion finely, chop garlic finely, cut spring onion into rings (save for later as garnish).

Preheat the oven to 180 °C hot air. Sauté onion, add zucchini and bell bell pepper, sauté a bit and remove from heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and lovage.

Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg-milk mixture, let it set slightly. Spread peppers, zucchini and cheese cubes on top.

Put the pan in the oven, bake until light and golden, sprinkle with the spring onions and serve immediately.
