For the fruit gratin with yogurt sauce, peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Spread the kiwi slices on a dessert plate in a rosette shape and decorate each with a raspberry.

Mix the chopped walnuts, the remaining raspberries with two eggs, sugar and toast cubes, pour into buttered metal rings and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

For the sauce, mix a cup of yogurt with vanilla sugar, calvados, lemon juice and honey and spread it as a mirror on the arranged plate. Serve the fruit gratin with yogurt sauce.
