Peel the kiwis and cut into thin slices. Quarter the apples and cut them unpeeled into small slices. Peel and core the papaya and cut into wedges. Together with the plucked grapes in a bowl form and pour the apple juice. Sprinkle the ginger on top. Serve immediately. Serve with yogurt.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
