For The Liqueur Sauce:





Instructions:

Remove the skin from the bananas and cut into slices. Remove peel from apples, quarter, core and cut into pieces. Sprinkle both ingredients with juice of one lemon. Rinse grapes, drain well, remove stems, halve and remove seeds. Peel the oranges, remove the white skin and cut into pieces. Rinse apricots, halve, pit and cut into wedges. Mix the ingredients with sugar and put them in a bowl.

For the liqueur sauce, mix crème fraîche with Grand Marnier, slice hazelnut kernels, fold in and pour the sauce over the fruit form.
