Instructions:

Peel the pineapple, cut into eighths lengthwise, remove the stem and cut the eighths into slices.

Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone on both sides and cut lengthwise into wedges. Peel kiwis, cut in half lengthwise, then cut into half slices. Stir pineapple juice with vanilla pulp and vanilla sugar.

Arrange the fruit on a deep platter and drizzle with the juice. Mix the yogurt and sugar with a mixer and bring to the table with the fruit salad.

Tip: The higher the fat content in the yogurt, the more aromatic and creamy the result!
