Rinse strawberries, clean and halve or possibly quarter each according to size. Sprinkle with sugar in a baking bowl. Cover and let stand for approx. 15 min.

Remove seeds from melon, cut into wedges. Cut flesh from peel. Rinse plums and cut into wedges from the stone. Sprinkle with lime juice or juice of one lemon. Mix the prepared ingredients.

For the sauce, dice pineapple, except for 1 slice, and mash with the juice. Fold in yogurt and vanilla sugar. On the fruit salad form.

Cut the rest of the pineapple into cubes. Chop mint if desired. Sprinkle both over the leaf salad.
