For the fruit tea ice cream, put the tea in 2 filter bags with boiling water and leave to infuse for 3 hours. Then refrigerate.

Put the tea in the ice cream maker and stir, slowly add the rum and yogurt. Then whip the cream with the vanilla pulp and the cream stiffener until stiff. Add the sugar to the running ice cream maker, so that a creamy amount is formed. After about 25 minutes, slowly add the whipped cream.

Then stir everything together for another 5 minutes, after about 15 minutes put it into the ice cream mold and let the fruit tea ice cream freeze for 3 hours at -10 degrees. Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
