Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat all the ingredients for 4 minutes with a hand mixer on the highest speed and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or pour into an ovenproof buttered pan. Top the cake with peeled, sliced fruit pieces and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
