For the fruit trifle, whip the whipped cream until stiff. Cut the leftover cake into small pieces. Stir the QimiQ until smooth, then stir in the sour cream, buttermilk, sugar and lemon juice.

Fold in approx. 200 g of the stiffly whipped cream. Pour the rest of the whipped cream into a piping bag and refrigerate.

In 6 glasses, place cake pieces on the bottom, spread vanilla cream on top, spread some grapes, place cake pieces on top again and cover with vanilla cream.

Depending on the height of the glasses, repeat process again if necessary. The final touch should be vanilla cream. It is best to refrigerate overnight.

Cut strawberries into small pieces and finish filling the glasses with raspberries. Add a dollop of whipped cream with the piping bag and serve.
