For the fruity pumpkin soup wash oranges with hot water, grate the peel from one orange and squeeze all. Dice the pumpkin flesh.

Peel and chop onion, garlic and ginger and sauté in a pot with heated butter. Deglaze with soup, wine, whipping cream and orange juice.

Chop parsley and chives and stir in together with pumpkin flesh and grated orange peel. Simmer for 30 minutes.

Finely puree and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and chili powder. Serve the fruity pumpkin soup sprinkled with cilantro.
