For the fruity tomato soup, peel the mango and cut it from the core. Cut into pieces. Also clean the tomatoes and cut them into rough pieces.

Put the 3/4 of the mango with the 3/4 of the tomatoes in the stand mixer and puree well. Cut the rest into equal (small) pieces and add to the fruity soup as a “chowder”.
