Cut breakfast bacon into strips and fry in butter until crispy. Remove from the frying pan. Sauté minced onion, garlic clove and chopped parsley in the stock. Cut stale bread into slices and place in layers with the onion mixture and bacon in a gratin dish. Cook a glaze of coffee cream, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Spread it evenly over the bread and bake the oven slider at 190 °C in the stove for 20 to 25 minutes.
