A bean recipe for every taste:

Clean the beans and cut them into 2-3 cm pieces. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the onions and roast the ginger until golden brown, then add the turmeric and salt and fry for 2-3 minutes, then add the tomatoes and mix well until all the liquid has evaporated. Then add the beans and potatoes to the frying pan, put the lid on and cook until tender. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the juice of a lemon and the curry powder to the food.

This vegetable curry is quite dry.
