Score the baguette diagonally as if to divide into portion pieces, but do not cut through, still hang together on the bottom.
Mix the softened butter with the garlic cloves pressed through the press, the Thai curry paste, salt and finely chopped herbs.
Spread this herb butter into the bread slots. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake in a 200 °C oven for eight to ten minutes until the butter has melted.
