Instructions:

For the garlic bread, line the loaf pan with baking paper. Knead all ingredients for the bread into a smooth dough (approx. 7 minutes). Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

For the garlic oil, finely chop the garlic and mix with the olive oil and salt. Roll out the dough into a rectangle (35×60 cm), brush with the garlic oil, roll up tightly and place in the loaf pan. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C top and bottom heat. Bake the garlic bread for about 50 minutes until golden brown.
