For the garlic chicken, season the meat with salt, pepper, rosemary and sage. Wash the potatoes clean, cut the garlic into cloves and place them unpeeled in an ovenproof dish with the pieces of meat and the potatoes.

Mix olive oil and lemon juice and pour over it. Roast in a preheated oven at 225°C for 3/4 hour. When eating, squeeze the garlic out of the skin and eat it with the garlic chicken and potatoes.
