1. rinse and dry chicken inside and out. Rub inside and out with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder. Peel the garlic cloves.

Heat olive oil in a roasting pan. Sear tenderloin well on breast side for 4- 5 min, then turn to other side and sauté for another 4-5 min. Add garlic cloves and sauté briefly. 3.

Extinguish with white wine and cook a little bit. Peel the lemons, cut into thin slices and add. Steam in the heated oven on the 2nd rack from the bottom at 200 °C (gas 3, convection oven 180 °C ) for about 1 hour, 15 min. In between, baste with the gravy. 4.

Remove the chicken from the roaster and cut into 8 pieces. Serve with garlic and gravy.

Serve with fried potatoes.
