Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

1. bring water to a boil in a large saucepan, pour in potatoes and pre-cook for 10 min. Drain potatoes, rinse under cold water and pat well.

Put the potatoes on a cutting board. When cool, cut into thick wedge-shaped pieces. Do not remove the skin.

Heat oil and butter together with garlic in a saucepan. Sauté gently until garlic browns. Now remove the saucepan from the stove.

6. grill potatoes on a hot charcoal grill for 10-15 min until potato wedges are tender. While doing so, generously brush with remaining culinary herb and butter mixture.
