For garnished eggs, peel the eggs, cut them in half, put yolks in a bowl. Mash yolks with a fork, add salt and pepper.

Add mustard and mayonnaise, mix well, season to taste. Pour this mixture into a piping bag and squirt into the egg white halves, refrigerate.
