Briefly scald the tomatoes, remove the skins, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Peel, seed and chop the cucumber and bell bell pepper.

Marinate tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers together with garlic, tomato juice, white bread, olive oil and sea salt covered for one night.

The next day, mix everything vigorously and strain through a coarse pointed sieve.

Season more or less intensely with Tabasco sauce, sherry vinegar, freshly ground sea salt and pepper, according to taste.

Chill for some time before serving.
