Instructions:

1. soak the gelatin according to package directions. Caramelize the sugar, extinguish with red wine, apple juice and grape juice. Simmer gently until the caramel has dissolved. 2.

Remove from the heat, cool slightly and add the soaked gelatine.

3. mix the fruits and place them loosely in a suitable mold and fill with the jelly.

4. place in the refrigerator for one night. Then invert the mold onto a plate. To make it easier to separate, cover with a hot dish.
