You need 2 trays, a medium sized baking dish, a large bread bowl and possibly a corrugated wood.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Oil the trays lightly.

For the cheese filling, mix all ingredients, set aside.

In a large baking bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, the baking powder and the salt. Add the yogurt and stir well. Add more flour on top until the dough no longer sticks and can be worked with your hands. On a lightly floured surface form and knead 3-4 min until soft and elastic.

Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Work 1 piece of dough at a time, covering the others with a dishcloth. Flatten the dough with lightly floured palms. Then flatten (or roll out) with your hands to a diameter of 15-20 cm. Place a heaping tablespoon of cheese filling in the center of the dough. Then take the dough at one point on the outside with your thumb and forefinger, pull a little and wrap it up to the center over the cheese filling. Take the dough one eighth turn further again and wrap to the center. Continue in this manner until all the dough comes together inside and you have a dough-covered mound in the center. Press the dough together well on the inside, then flatten the “mound” with a lightly floured palm, then turn the piece of dough to the other side and flatten again so that the filling is pressed into the corners of the bread, it should now be 0.6 to 1, 2 cm thick
