Mix flour with yeast, 1 tsp salt, cayenne and lemon zest. Heat the milk and let the butter melt in it. Add the egg to the flour mixture and knead for 5 minutes. Let rise 45 min. until doubled in volume. Dip hands in flour and form 12 dumplings. Let rise for 15 min. In a large saucepan boil enough salted water, make dumplings at low temperature 20 min.
