For Gervais dumplings with pumpkin roast, mix the Gervais with cornstarch, powdered sugar, semolina and eggs to a dough, let rest for half an hour.

Slowly fry the diced pumpkin in honey and lemon juice. Add butter and cinnamon sticks, possibly a little water and cook until soft – keep warm.

Form dumplings from the dough and steep in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Roast breadcrumbs in butter and mix with cinnamon. Roll the dumplings in the breadcrumbs and arrange with the roaster.
