Instructions:

Bring the wine vinegar, salt, sugar and water to the boil briefly and leave to cool. First place the cucumbers in cold water for about 1/2 hour, then wash them clean and layer them with the herbs and onions in the preserving jar. Cover with the solution and sterilize in the canning pot (according to the description of your device). If a canning pot is not available, you can also sterilize the vegetables in the crock pot for about 35 minutes.
