Instructions:

For the ginger doughnuts, knead all ingredients together, roll out to about 3 mm, and cut out with the ginger cutter.

Place on the baking tray lined with baking paper and let rest for a few hours (preferably overnight).

Bake on medium heat (180° hot air) for 6 – 8 minutes until golden brown. The ginger doughnuts rise to double thickness and are hollow inside.
