For the ginger lemon tea, first slice or grate the ginger (depending on the desired intensity). Squeeze one lemon. Slice the other lemon.

Place the ginger and lemon juice in a teapot or other container. Bring water to a boil and pour it over the ginger. Let steep for at least 3 minutes (more to taste). Strain and sweeten the ginger-lemon tea with honey. Serve with a slice of lemon.
