Instructions:

Simmer the water with the ginger in an uncovered saucepan for 10 minutes. Add honey or sugar and stir until dissolved.

Pour everything through a sieve and squeeze firmly so that as much ginger extract as possible gets into the tea.

Then add the pepper and the lemon or orange juice and enjoy hot.
