Instructions:

For the ginger tea punch, first cut the ginger into thin slices.

Boil the water with the tea, star anise and ginger slices. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes and strain.

Squeeze the lemon, pour the juice to the tea.

Add red wine and rum and heat again, but do not boil.

Sweeten the ginger tea punch to taste and serve.
