Instructions:

For the gingerbread, preheat the oven to 160°. Mix all ingredients together and form rolls from the dough.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 – 25 minutes. Let cool briefly and cut into slices with a serrated knife.

Either eat the gingerbread plain or cover with chocolate and garnish with a walnut.
