Instructions:

For the ham and cheese corn pizza, first prepare the dough. To do this, mix the lukewarm water with the dry yeast. Mix well with a whisk so that the dry ferment dissolves well.

Once the dry germ is dissolved in the water, add the oil. Gradually add the flour and knead well and thoroughly with your hands.

Once the ingredients are well mixed and the dough comes away from your hands, set the dough aside to rest. After about 45 minutes, divide the dough into 2-3 portions, form each into a ball and press it into a flat disk on baking paper. The dough will not pull in this case and is more prone to tearing at the edges.

For the topping, blend the strained tomatoes with salt, pepper and the basil leaves to make a sauce. Spread the sauce on the pizza crusts, sprinkle the grated mozzarella on top. On top of the mozzarella generously spread the ham and corn. On top, so that you get a nice cheese crust, spread grated Emmental.

Bake the ham-cheese-corn pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 18 minutes.
