Instructions:

Boil plenty of salted water and cook the gnocchi al dente according to the package instructions.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Rinse the marjoram, shake dry and chop the leaves. Mix into the sauce with the mascarpone. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Layer the gnocchi and the sauce in a heat-resistant dish. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and spread evenly over the top. Bake the gnocchi casserole in the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
